This new hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly. It was a plus to have the option to book tours through the hotel.
The air quality in the lobby and corridor was not the best. the rooms weren't very well insulated from outside noise.

well-located, friendly staff, clean rooms, and tasty breakfast. The hotel is in a central area with easy access to transportation. Furthermore, the staff was always helpful and greeted us warmly. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spent Christmas at a fabulous new hotel with friendly staff. The location was spot-on for our activities and everything we wanted to do was within easy reach. We enjoyed a great time on the boat, it was the perfect length of time and we saw all the sights we wanted to see. The food was also top notch!
The air quality in some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, corridor and bathroom, which definitely could have been better. , the room wasn't as well insulated as we'd like, so we could hear some outside noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. the location was perfect, with numerous attractions within walking distance. the accommodating staff made our stay all the better. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our window;
The boat tour we took was a letdown. It was cut short, with rushed stops and late food service.
